A Review of the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome- Paris, France
Visiting a number of luxury hotel properties around France was part of my bucket list experience and travels around Paris, the south of France, and the UAE. Staying at seven different Hyatt properties, including Small Luxury Hotel Collection and Park Hyatt. Each location truly amazed me by either its wonderful service and attention to traveler details, the iconic locations in all of the areas explored, to the amenities provided, and recognition for having World of Hyatt Globalist status.
This is a tour of unique properties that are rare to find with points availability, yet not impossible—starting with the highly coveted Park Hyatt Paris Vendome.

Check-in
You are always greeted with a pleasant smile by several colleagues, from the bellman to the concierge staff and others, as you walk in.
Pass through the foyer to view the lobby and quaint gathering place, which is situated on the left of the hallway entrance. This will later convert into the main dining room for breakfast and a la carte buffet.
Once check in is complete, you will be escorted to a waiting area for a welcome beverage, and later on paged when your room is ready. We decided to walk around the area and explore the neighborhood, once our luggage was in good ghands with the concierge.
Room – park suite
Park Suite King
This room took an entire wing of the sixth floor and is technically number 630 and 628 on their system.
Separate living area with bathroom, the entrance had its own sofa, two sitting chairs, and a small desk with charging station.
Together with an in room coffee dispenser and your choice of illy coffee pods. The bar came stocked with coffee and all its garnishes.
We were graciously greeted with a handwritten note, champagne, and macaroons from management, thanking us for our Hyatt loyalty and much appreciated.
View was of the inner courtyard and had automatic blackout shutters for complete privacy.

DINING options
From breakfast to cocktails and fancy dinner, you have several options when staying at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome.
Breakfast
The breakfast selection was very impressive. Many selections could be found on the breakfast buffet, which you may also order items from the a la carte menu.
On a different day, we ordered room service for breakfast and had a vast selection, including daily pastries, lattes or cappuccinos, eggs, crepes, and french toast.
As a Globalist member, we tried both options for breakfast and they were very delicious and different experiences since we had the luxurious Park King Suite with a courtyard view, from the top floor.
Having elite status with a hotel brand like Hyatt can have incredible benefits when visiting unique or luxury destinations.
Dinner
Pur– Michelin Star restaurant on site. Reservations are required in advance.
Location
Centric to all major sites, in between Place Vendome and Opera Garnier. Walk to shop at Galeries Lafayette, have coffee and people watch at Cafe de la Paix, or take an evening ebike tour from Place Vendome to tour all the Parisian sites
The location was plus and to be able to walk around the center of the city and easy access to everything.
What else should I know about?

Conclusion
Our stay at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome was worth the hype and I was happy to be able to to use a Suite Upgrade Award for my 2 nights there. I wanted to experience this property at some point and glad we were able to enjoy a few days before heading to the South of France.
We took an Uber from the hotel to the central airport, Orly (ORY) for our flight to Nice with Air France.
